Version 3.0
Lecture: Keynote: 0 A.D. RTS game - how open source works for us
A short description of the game, its development and what's in store for the future

For people new to or already familiar with the most awesome open-source RTS game around. We'll talk about what 0 A.D. is, how it came to be and why open-source games are important.
You'll learn about how the project almost died when it was in closed-source development, yet flourishes since going open-source. Also, we'll give you a sneak preview for upcoming features and ways you can contribute to the game. You'll get a behind the scenes look at how art, maps and mods are developed.
If you're interested in open-source development, computer games, or if you'd like to contribute to an awesome project like 0 A.D, but don't know where to start, this talk is for you.
During and after the talk we welcome any questions you may have. Questions can be asked in German.
